Each dish was presented very elegantly. Each bite is a new experience of life brought out into each course. The atmosphere was romanticized with a beautiful fire place, with candles inside and modern art of the mountains and streams of Alberta. The building has a rich history as well. Love every minute!

Courtesy of the Rouge restaurant and Global news. We won a fantastic picnic basket. Included in the basket was a salad, wild loin of boar, potatoes and a variety of veggies. A chocolate mousse. Much more. Will go back for a sit down supper

This is definitely a splurge, but never ceases to impress. The food has always been beautifully presented and tastes great. The menu is creative and in the spring and summer the garden produce is used when possible. Kudos to Chef Paul and his team.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are yummy and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we pass a pleasing time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

We had the 6 course chef’ dinner which consisted of extremely well prepared dishes with fascinating and unique details. Every dish was beautifully presented and the service was excellent. The wine parings I understand were unique and perfect. Everything was great.

They offer a great range of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. The employees are always super nice, pricing is convenient and the spot is always clean.
