Great food and good atmosphere. I got the duck confit for lunch. The meat is so soft, yet the skin is so crispy. Well seasoned, not too salty. Got soup the jour as well, which is carrot soup with some hint of ginger and, I belive it was, cilantro. Amazing!
Big taste menu was excellent. Portions a bit on the small side.
Accompanied by my mother, we dined at the AVEC Bistro on New Years Eve. Charming waitress, delicious french food, and a great selection of wine. Very nice decor.
The service was great and atmosphere was warm. However, the quality of food is severely under par considering the price your paying. The burger I got was underwhelming and I think A&W is better. The risotto was a pink slob of tasteless oatmeal. The short rib was drier than beef jerky. Wouldn't go back.
Excellent quality and presentation, lovely ambiance and warm and efficient service. Wonderful selection of wine. Ideal for an intimate dining experience or an outing with a larger group.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that were extremely accommodating for my allergies. Food was delicious and well prepared. Would definitely go back!
Excellent classic French cuisine and some twists on classic recipes. Much better than average Calgary date. Nice quiet atmosphere with modern classy decor. Can’t go wrong.
