The actual service from Rene was a 5 star for sure. He was very polite, respectful of my home, efficient, and opened up my drain the first time! He did not mind me watching and talked me through his work and gave me suggestions for the future. My only disappointment was waiting for my appointment. The first day I was told a 4-8 pm window. When it came to 8:15 pm I called to reschedule for the next day for 8am-12 so that I did not have to deal with someone in my kitchen at 10pm. They did call and give me updates on the scheduled day and again before he headed to my appointment which was 12:30. It just would have been nice to get a call on the first night if they were running late, one more day was not going make a difference to me. The lack of communication was of some concern at first but rectified with the service. Just be patient.

We contracted Roto Rooter to replace our main sump pump and battery backup pump system. Alan, tech #4097, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and we will certainly request him again. The local manager, Steve, was also very courteous and professional and did a great job ensuring we received the best service available. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Michael (technician 1258) was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the issue and let us know exactly what was wrong every step of the way. Only took about 1.5 hrs to complete everything and that also included having to make a run to pick up parts. I recommend using roto rooter for any plumbing services because our technician was reliable and professional.

This is a great 24/7 service. They were able to come on short notice and helped with my sewage drain clog. The worker was also very nice and friendly and made sure we were taken care of. thank you @ Jonathan #1906

Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job of answering our questions and keeping us informed every step of the way. Our home is very old and the job was not an easy one but they were able to troubleshoot the problem and suggest updates to the plumbing that fit our budget. We are extremely pleased with their level of professionalism and thoroughness and especially their attention to detail. Thanks guys!
