Valu-Rooter

I would highly recommend Valu-Rooter. What was supposed to be my routine tree root clean-out turned into a pretty large job. My home was built in 1920 and my sewer line was deteriorated. Needless to say I needed a lot more than just a standard clean-out. Jon Sanders, the Technician kept me fully informed of the process. When he and his team arrived, they were professional and courteous, and he and his team completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to refer this company to my friends and family.

Frozen pipe. Called and the tech was nice but could not fix the issue. We have no water in the,kitchen and was told we have to wait for it to thaw. We thought a heavy duty snake should break the ice up. The tech said he could stay but would charge by the hour. Hope we get some warmer weather soon.

I had an excellent experience with Valu-Rooter and felt I had to post a review so others could save money had be pleased with good service. I hired them to install a new sanitary sewer connection (Avon Lake sewer improvement project) and they clearly explained what they were going to do and then did what they said. The price they gave me was a significant savings over 2 other companies that had done my neighbors work. They wished they had contacted Valu-Rooter. After 3 months I needed some help from the owner in settling a rebate from the city and he was beyond helpful in assisting me in getting my rebate - nice man. THANKS!!

Amazing experience. I called on a holiday weekend because my sump pump died and my basement was flooded. They sent a technician out within an hour of my call. Jon Sanders was professional, kind, and managed to install a new pump very quickly. I will only use these guys from now on - wonderful company!
