American Plumbing

I purchased a house in Westlake where American Plumbing did the waterproofing prior to our purchase. I have called them 4 times to ask questions about the sump pump they installed and I have never gotten a call back. Each time they take a message and say someone will get back to me and never does. Thought it would be good to have someone familiar with the install, but a better option is someone that will actually respond.

They answered the phone at 6 a.m., came out and diagnosed the issue, and quickly fixed our problems. The price was definitely reasonable. They provided what I needed with no hassle. I will use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company gave me an estimate 6 months ago for the Avon Lake storm sewer project and just called me now and said they will not be doing my project for the city since my estimate would be a loan from my Avon lake water department. They said they received a letter asking for them to complete seeding ect prior to getting their money on the project so they are dumping my project! The deadline for me to have had this done is in 4 months so this company caused serious stress for my family! Beware fellow residents in my city who thought they could count on American Plumbing! They go back on their word and do not care about the financial hardship or stress they endure! HORRIBLE!!!

Called re: BACKED UP drain. Corey was there same day. Polite, detailed, analyzed, determined problem, solution in great time. Was efficient, kept me informed, and completed work in timely manner. Was very satisfied with work, attitude, and professionalism. Have recommended to others. LM
