Gentlemen they sent out was very knowledable and quickly diagnosed why my furnace had gone out, became rude and belligerent when I located the 300$ part he wanted to install for 50$ and stated they couldn’t install it for warranty purposes which I can understand, so after paying for his diagnostic he asked if I was going to attempt the repair I said I may do some research on it told me “We’ll why don’t you just fix the damn thing yourself!?”. When your making 135$ just to diagnose a quick problem it’s not the customers fault if you don’t offer reasonable pricing on parts and labor to repair and being rude is unnecessary and unprofessional. Will not use again.

Tom and his helper,just put in a water heater.They were professional and explained the functions of the heater and the labor & parts warranties.Would recommend them to friends and family.

Sump pump take out the water out from the pit to the sewer. Problem started Thursday June 1, 2017; the water that was to go to sewer was circulating back to the ground then back to the pit. Tom stated that he's going to find the problem and he'll check the entire system and clear the drainage system. Work was done yesterday till now the water keep circulating. The water continue to run and problem not fixed and he refuse to take responsibility to fix what I already paid him to do; locate the problem and fix it. He wanted more money. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I will have someone follow up with this company (Passanisi Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning Services) for their unethical business operations.
