Roto-Rooter

This company is ridiculous they charged my 88 year old grandmother 1200 dollars for an hour and a half worth or work to unclog a blockage 3 ft in and they have flooded her basement 2 and the first time resulted in her losing her washer and dryer since water got inside. When we called and asked why it was so much all they said was that they could refund 200 but obviously we didn't know how much the equipment costs to use. Considering they flooded the basement indent think the deserve 600 and hr quick is what they charged

Unless you want to pay between 500 and $1,000 for a simple drain cleaning don't call these people they are a complete and total rip-off. Our drain was clogged and I wasn't at home at the time to go and rent a snake for around $50 and clear the drain pipe of a simple clog so we called them out. After charging us almost $500 I would suggest that if you have a problem with your drain or clogged pipes to call someone else. Not sure how anybody could justify this cost for such a simple task. I will continue to spread this news to any and all media platforms I can find so nobody else gets ripped off by these Crooks.

My wife and I just moved into our new home in May. After being there two weeks we had our sewer back up into our basement. We had called a local plumber who came out, snaked it and pulled out some roots, he said to poor some stuff down the drain that would kill the roots and all should be good. I didn't like that answer at all and two weeks later on the dot we had yet another sewer back up, this time we called someone reputable so we contacted Roto-Rooter. Chris from Roto-Rooter came out and took the time to listen to what I had to say, then go over the options with me of what he could do. After triaging the problem Chris encountered that we had separation's in our clay pipes which is causing the problem for the backup and would continue to happen until the issue was resolved. He then went over pricing options with me and was very knowledgeable and helpful during that process. Fast forward after a month of fighting with my Insurance filing a claim, Roto-Rooter kept in contact with me and were very patient and understanding during this entire time, Sheila and Lonnie were Incredible!! Finally last Thursday Chris, Aaron and Dan came to my house to replace my sewer line. They did a phenomenal job! They all took the time to talk to me, show me where the problem was and walk me through what they were doing to fix the issue. They were very accurate and professional with the work that was done and once they were done they cleaned up everything nicely and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I honestly cant sing their praises enough. Going forward if we ever need anything done with plumbing there is only one plumber I will call, and that is Roto-Rooter. Thank you guys for everything and being so good to my family and I! God Bless!
