Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. My basement flooded so I put a call in to Roto-Rooter they arrived within 20 minutes! 1 employee assessed the problem & within 10 minutes had 5 other employees there to help including the owner Xavier! These men worked furiously to get all my belongings out of water & onto a tarp. They snaked the drain & the water soon disappeared they began disinfecting & clean up immediately. Another employee got us on the phone with our insurance taking care of the entire ordeal with no additional stress to us. They are beyond helpful, informative, & courteous every step of this process was clearly explained to us before we agreed or spent any money with them. These guys took a very scary and stressful situation & really helped turn it around into something positive for our family. Wish every consumer interaction was this pleasurable. Thank you to Xavier, Mike, Gil and every employee that was here our family appreciates you all

Absolutely the most efficient and respectful service call I've experienced from any company! The service technician, Chris R was very effective at his job, excellent at explaining the problem and answering all of our questions. He was, on top of that, the most respectful and articulate young man ever to help us with any home service or repair. I would recommend this company and this technician to anyone. I had an excellent tech (Chris Rivera) come out and take care of my clogged drain in my basement, he was very thorough with cleaning it out and making sure that it worked properly before he left. I am very satisfied with root-rooter and will def recommend them!

Roto Rooter was very courteous on the phone, and the technician was here in about an hour. He, Chris Rivera , diagnosed the problem rather quickly, and explained it to me. Got to work on a Big problem, and finished up the next morning. He was very efficient, and kept me informed on what was going on. Would definitely call on Roto Rotor again!

I had conracted Roto-Rooter for plumbing issues, as one would expect. The workers arrived within a quick range of time, and were extremely polite. Their punctuality was appreciated. The employees were genuinely kind and treated my family with respect. They discovered the root of the problem and fixed it up quickly. In my pleasant experience, the owners and employees at Roto-Rooter do a fantastic job of being well-equipped, well-trained, and highly respectful towards their clients, providing them with affordable services and quick tasks. 10/10 would contact this company again if the need arises. This company deserves five stars all the way.
