The food is good and the staff were friendly and working their butts off, but I think this location needs more staff working. One person is not enough to run the till, answer the phone, collect orders for pickup, AND make the sandwich orders. I felt sorry for the one person doing all this work. Hire more people!

It was very delicious last time, but this time it was disappointing. They'll have to choose a fresher ingredient, and keep checking it. I like their soup the most and it was delicious, but I don't know if it's fresh, either...

The prices for these sandwiches are not justifiable. The almost gluten free bagel has barely an inch of surface area so the entire sandwich basically exists outside of this small crunchy "bagel" . Instantly turns into a mess. A mess for 15$. Not looking to eat here again sadly.

So awesome to finally have Mtl style bagels in town sorry segals Really great customer service too. My only request is that they bake the almost gluten free ones more often!

Just had these bagels for the first time, and let me tell you.... I was in absolute heaven!!! So absolutely delicious. Great price for such a great bagel. The staff was definitely warm and inviting to me. They really seem to care about their customers!!! KUDOS ON THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
