Story

The Wallflower is a place where Omnivores, Carnivores, Vegans, Vegetarians and Celiacs can all dine together in comfort. A place where you can relax in the corner with a good book, catch up with friends or meet new people in the neighbourhood. Inspired by our lovely customers our gluten free and vegan options have evolved in quantity and quality since we first opened our doors January 2009. In short the Wallflower is really just an extension of creator Lisa Skelton's home and you are all her invited guests.
Like any great host, we want you to feel at home.

Service is great, ambiance and back ground music is fun, interesting and enjoyable. I can't say the same for the vegan poutine. Just a brown/beige lukewarm pile of pricey sadness . Where is the fr..king love? I know C-19 changed everything or did it?
I eat out quite a bit but don't review often, this restaurant though deserves high praise, the food is really good and caters to gluten free and even vegan clients.
Really loved all of the vegan options and the whole vibe of the place. That vegan Mac and cheese was so satisfying! I got to try the vegan benny as well which just made the whole meal a stunning experience. Topped off with surprisingly fantastic hashbrowns! Will definitely keep coming back here!
This place is amazing. The entire menu can be made gluten free and vegan. I recommend this place for a fantastic meal . Service is great, and if you sit at the bar there is always a good movie on to watch . Ushi was a very knowledgeable, kind, accommodating , and all round fantastic server. Love this spot.
Nice little place off main. They have a nice variety. The nachos are really good - nicely layered. The place seems to be popular for brunch but we came for dinner. It was busy but no wait. The turnover is a bit slow because people linger.
Big menu with a vegan option for almost every meal! Delicious food, homey atmosphere and friendly staff. This is in a great location and I'll definitely be back! Happy Hour goes till late!
I love coming here and being able to eat amazing gluten free meals. Having celiac makes life quite difficult but these guys have allowed me to eat burger and fries and not worry about cross contamination. I feel normal and that is super valuable to me. I always return and recommend to all my friends.
Wonderful establishment! I had a tasty grilled chicken sandwich and fries on a gluten-free bun, which was pretty good considering how gluten free buns are usually pretty crumbly or dry. Loved the interior design of the restaurant, too! :
