I like to knowledge Janice at customer service for the extra effort and her empathy dealing with me this afternoon. As I did not have my receipt she managed to help me get a gift card I could use at the store which is fine with me as my renovation is not over. I am from out of town Visiting Sudbury for few days. I have noticed that another employee as I was trying to load some return material from my car, asked me if I needed help as he was going for his break. This is refreshing to witness that there are people out there who believe in customer service especially after a long shift. Thank you Janice for helping me today and keep up the good work. Thank you young man for helping even though you were going for your break. Sorry I didn’t get your name.
Knowledgeable staff and, typically, high quality merchandise. Front end staff i.e cashiers is often lacking though. It's also very frustrating that contractors can no longer process their purchases anywhere but the pro desk. If I'm in for a $5 item, I don't want to wait 20 minutes at the pro desk to put it on my account. I appreciate the generic response but would appreciate a faster method of checking out more!
Today we had a very bad experience from this Sudbury Lowe’s store. The cashier, Marlene, an elderly woman was very racist and she refused to give the price difference even though it was their mistake. Then we request to see a manager and she even denied to call manager. We were stubborn to see the manager and later she called manager but was visibly showing all the disrespectfulness to us. Finally the manager came after 35minutes of wait but he was very polite and gave the price difference. Cashier Marlene was very upset about managers decision and she was murmuring behind us. I was wondering how people can be so rude and disrespectful just because of a skin tone? Worst customer service miss Marlene and please learn to respect everyone.

Held waititng at cash for over an hour. Being told items are ready for pick. When they are not. Unacceptable. Only few employees. Understanding short staff but sitting in one area "hanging out" and not doing your best to rectifie the situation. But will ring anyone through the cash right away. Lowes please prioritize your staff and location of items when ready for pick up. There must be a system to follow even with short of employees.
Just spent 30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back trying to buy a towel bar first clerk had no clue and no desire to get a clue. Second clerk should have kept dusting. My list and I will spend our money somewhere else.
Not only is this site USELESS.I HAVE BEEN WAITING for over 1 year for them to get the product I want.Was told that I am the third person wanting it. They won't get it in. There is 5 in Brampton.

Great staff! Refreshing to get great service. I was in electrical department and both gentlemen were very helpful. Your scan codes to win $1000 that are given out by Marlene are expired though.
