Surprisingly big selection for the store size. Staff is helpful and not pushy. Found what I need which was a water supply hose for a dishwasher, laminate work gloves, some 1" 5/8th flat head nails, some paint swatches, metal brackets, a bike chain and lock, some extra strength duct tape, and some fiberglass window screen repair tape, and a ceramic owl paper weight

Really solid local hardware store. Wish every neighborhood had one like it.

A bit on the smaller side so it doesn't have as much as larger stores. However, instore experience is good. Staff is friendly and has always been very good with providing assistance.

Spoke to an older employee who was not especially friendly and didn't give me any help. You are better off just buying whatever you need online or going to a larger hardware store. No wonder these family owned brick and mortar places are going under. They didn't even have the most basic common piece of plumbing equipment I needed. What a waste of time.

Small store but has many popular items that you would want from any of the big stores. I find the prices to be a little high. The staff really knows their products the downside is you always have to track them down to talk to them. Would be nice if they offered to help you out or help find things when they are just standing around not doing anything. Over all its a good store.

useful for most casual home improvement stuff. closed on the weekends when you're likely to need something so just plan on advance

I usually have a good experience there, most of the staff are friendly. However the older man that works at the paint area clearly does not want to be there, he responds rudely and makes you feel unwelcomed. He needs a costumer service talk.
