Canadian Tire

I went to get flowers, there were very few left, which is fine since it was a nice weekend and everyone came out to get flowers all at once, but the ones left I wish they were better cared for, either over watered or dry, not in the best shape, really not much choice left at all, no herbs or veggies, hopefully they will receive a shipment soon.

Mechanic shop are scammers pulling fast ones.nnI had my brakes done here. All 4 at the same time rotors and pads last weekend.nnAfter dropping my car off I was called and given the total it would cost which is normal and wad quoted $960 which I found high. I agreed because my brakes were finished.nnWhen going to pick up the car, I paid the total and only then was able.to look at the bill.nnThey performed a brake line flush and changed the fluid without telling me. It was NOT mentioned on the phone call. Had it been I would have declined. Just a way for them to tack on an extra $100. The job of service managers is to UPSELL. But when upselling turns into sneakily STEALING this is theft.nnScammers. Do not go to this mechanic shop.nnI will not go back ever.nnEdit: No I will not contact your automated 1 800 line with vague options.nnIf you care enough, you can find my work order and call me, and refund me the charges for work done that wasnt authorized.

The WORST service I ever had. I booked an appointment for tire change, the buddy almost rolled his eyes to the back of his head at the very beginning of our conversation, and even getting ruder when I cannot understand what info he want me to provide. I will not recommend anyone to choose this place for auto services, there are soooo many cheaper and better options out there

I was two day passed a return, the item was half price after a week i bought it. when I called, the lady put me on hold for 30 mins, another rep answered and had no idea what was going on. She was rude when i was confused that she didn't know why I'm calling, i explained again and she said no exceptions. Great hires. You guys sucknEdit: thanks for the phone number. A lovely rep gave me a $20 gift card. Not the $40 i could have saved but it saves me the hassel of returning the item and by then the sale would be over. Much appreciated customer service

HinnExcellent experience at the service center this past weekend!nnWas on Sherbrooke street east at the light to go in the parking lot of the Canadian Tire when all the gage lid upnAnd then the engine stopped, no more electricity, that was this past Saturday around 17.05 .nCalled the Canadian Tire service line to check hours of business for Sunday , message said 7:30- 17:00 , called a towing to bring my car near the service center they arrived an hour later !nnIn the meantime a police car came , to see if I was feeling find ?nSince I was blocking the intersection, they pushed me by arm past it and installed some security flares!nnAt this branch they have a door slot in which you can pass a key .nnWrote a message on an envelope with instructions put car key inside.nnCanadian Tire service called me at 8:00 am Sunday morning they started by doing a analysis which I authorized by phone called me back a few hours later to say I needed a new alternator and ground wire , which I also authorized by phone .nnThe car was ready for pickup at 14:00nTotally repaired.nnQuick and well done at a reasonable pricing .nnCheersnnMike
