Friendly service and quick assistance. I needed some paint to refurbish an old chest of drawers and the assistant helped me get some sandpaper and paint for it. Really happy with the results and with their help. The store seems quite small from outside but there’s a lot of stuff in there.
Big surprise to me. Not as big as other rona. But I can always find what I need.Great service. Very friendly. Happy to answer my questions every time I visit. Great location.

the french woman running the shop is so rude. I cycled across town to grab an item before the shop closed and she literally stood in front of the door to keep people out even though I showed my phone clock to her through the window, proving it’s well before 5pm and plenty of time to grab the one item I need. she physically guarded the door while “graciously” allowing customers back outside, and immediately closing it to keep people out. weird. I later saw friends at a park and mentioned what happened and they all said “oh the rude old french lady?” and added that other employees there are rude as well. unknowingly to me, my friend group avoids this location purposefully because of the manager/employees attitudes and closing up shop early.
The service is incredible, and their advices make home improvement so much easier and agreeable. Line is especially helpful. My paint job would have been a nightmare without her. Thank you!
I went browsing, wanted to see what they had. Small store, no problem, there were about 5 people in, I thought I may check it out and be out in a couple of minutes. Originally I went in for lamps because their website mentioned them but they didn't have any that I liked, so I thought it would be nice to check other things out. I was asked at least 3 times in less than 5 minutes what I wanted and when I said I was browsing, they kept insisting. I was the only non-quebecois non white in the store and they left the rest of them alone. Honestly, it wasn't a great experience. Technically they weren't rude, but didn't make me feel welcome.
been visiting the store for 4 years, it is my go to place, and every time the people are very friendly even if I am an annoying costumer, if you need anything ask for Lyn, she basically knows everything, there is also a tall gentleman cant remember his name that's very helpful, nothing but good vibes over there
It's sometimes hard to get someone to answer your questions. The female manager is helpful, as is the middle-aged guy with dark hair. But there's one guy there--tall, 50s, grey hair, very excitable. I think he's one of the managers now. First he treats women like idiots who need a lot of mansplaining, then he gets angry easily if the store makes a mistake and the customer complains. I try to avoid him as much as possible. Products are expensive and not of very high quality, but this is a good store when you don't have time to go to a larger one and only need staples like lightbulbs, caulking, or plaster, etc.
Always an unpleasant experience visiting this store. Much prefer Home Hardware on Saint Laurent. They’re very nice there and I prefer giving them my money.
Excellent customer service. The manager of the store is always willing to help and advise no matter how many questions one may have.
