Terrible customer service. All three workers there seemed to be doing you a favor, not to mention one of them even burped in the store in front of us. I'd rather going somewhere else, Home Depot, Canadian Tire or whatever then there again.

OK as local hardware store.  Dosen't have the selection of larger stores but is conveniently located.  Returns process burdensome
