RONA

Good quality products at good prices. This store as not as big as some others, so selection is not as good as those bigger stores. A had very helpful and friendly service here.

hey so i know from experience that this rona can suck for customer service and i am at the moment applying there. if i get accepted i will provide the best customer service i can give and try to make everyone's day a little better and more bearable

The worst experience I have ever had when returning stuff. The store manager was so inconsiderate and she behaved so inappropriately simply trying to say she doesn't care about me and my business for them. Above all, their return policy was brutal and because I only had one of the receipts they gave me they paif me back only a portion of what I paid them. Never buy from them again....

Customer service is non existent. Another customer helped us get our stuff out of the store since it would not fit through the front doors with the carts avalibe in store to move large items, and a lovely empty cardboard box to trip us up while walking out the door. All the whole staff where literally watching us while picking their nails. The whole experience has left me dumbfounded
