I absolutely love this store and everything in it. What I do not enjoy is that on several occasions I have been very disappointed with the customer service and staff. I've learned that I have a better experience when I wander the store and find what I am looking for rather than ask for assistance.

Great place.   Incredible staff.  I should know I'm one of them.  Visit my hardware , tools and electrical departments.   I manage them and my crew will help you with anything!

Lowe's is a great chain. Lots of premium selection. 

The staff here, especially the check out staff need an "improvement". I can safely say I've had an average to poor experience every time I am at the cashier..... Lack of staff, poor attitude, mis-pricing, are all things you should anticipate here.  

Also- how is it 'intuitive' that you should walk to the plumbing fixtures if you need a shopping basket? How about putting them nearer the entrance?  Stuff like this completely baffles me.  Perhaps their manager needs to tour some better run locations and learn from them.
