Had to wait for paint dept. break to be over to get served. Nobody else new how to mix paint. After break was over no trouble at all good service.

I went to RONA looking for a part to fix my vinyl casement window. Gerry helped me out with exceptional customer service, which we don't experience today. He knew they didn't stock this item and check around the office area and found the part which I needed. I always found RONA staff very pleasant and helpful but Gerry was exceptional. Thank you!
