The Brick

Horrible customer service, do not honour their CREDIT warranties. The representative started to write on a 3 year old receipt to show me that I must use the credit within 90 days of the warranty expiry (luckily i took a picture of the receipt prior to them writing on it). I have all pages of the contract and it does not say anywhere on the warranty page or other pages that the credit must be used within 90 days. Do not buy their warranty it is a scam. The customer service representative then proceeds to show me their "current" warranty information that states you have 90 days to use the credit after the warranty expires. I guess they've been caught scamming their customers in the past therefore changed or corrected their policy within the past year or so.

Terrible customer service! Sales associate tried selling me A $2400 mattress and told me she has no mattresses under $2000 when I proceeded to look myself I found one in my price range. Then tried to sell me on a $250 mattress cover which I told her no, then switched it to $60. Delivery showed up almost 4 hours late at 8:30 at night on a Friday after I got off work early at 2 o'clock. Unboxed my bed and the baseboard was completely damaged and a king size mattress came with queen size pillows and mattress cover. When I called the brick to get things sorted out they were very difficult telling me I have to send pictures before they can do any returns and if I chose to bring it in myself I would have Go to their warehouse to pick up the replacement of the damaged items.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Do not shop at this company. They do not have a return policy. I purchased a bed frame about a week ago that I no longer have use for. I tried looking up how to return it, however when I could not find a solution on their website I decided to call them. The sales rep told me " We basically have a no return policy on all products." This has to be some kind of illegal not to have a return policy. I wouldn't be surprised if they get sued for this kind of business practice. Please stay away from these kind of companies who don't even give a 15 day return time frame. I will be leaving a bad review for them on the BBB site as well and encourage anyone who has been burned by them to do so also.

Went looking for a dishwasher, and were shown a "one day best deal in the house". Which we decided to go for. Well... we were then told that the dishwasher we had been sold on was tagged wrong.... Instead of the $698 tag price (as shown in pic) this unit is a $898 unit. Apparently the unit was tagged wrong, and they would not honor the tagged price. Not good customer service, Don't waste your time at this place, go to Costco, Home depot, or anywhere else. FYI-these other places also have stock you can bring home same day, instead of waiting 3-5 days for it to arrive at the Brick, or paying 99$ for delivery. Goodbye Brick, we won't be back.

We've had both good and bad experiences here, i guess it depends on the salesperson. The installers seem super rushed and only did half the job. The manager didn't care. They just want your money in add ons to purchases. Won't shop there again.
