I’ve been here several times over the years and the service is usually average and not notable - quite neutral for me and that’s totally fine.nnOrdered an open-box Geek Squad approved earphones today and got them in the mail. I’m aware that the earphones may not be from this exact store, but I was surprised at the destroyed packaging. I’ve never ordered opened box before but I didn’t think it would look this bad. So far the product inside is fine. Just wanted to share in case packaging is a factor.
Title: Property damage, multiple failures, and extra costs – very disappointingnnWe purchased appliances from Best Buy order #20162541 expecting professional service, but our experience has been extremely disappointing.nnThe first LG dishwasher was defective and had to be returned. A second LG dishwasher was delivered, but it caused damage to our kitchen floor, burning the laminate underneath the unit.nnOn top of that, installation appointments were missed, and we were left waiting at home for hours. We even had to cancel personal plans just to accommodate rescheduled installations.nnWe were also charged an unexpected extra $73 for parts, even though we had already paid $199 + tax for installation, and no one informed us about additional costs.nnDue to all these issues, we were forced to purchase a third dishwasher Bosch and pay an additional $1,100 out of pocket, which should never have been necessary.nnWe have spent over $5,000 with Best Buy, and this experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ time and property.nnWe have reported the floor damage and requested a claim, but no one has responded.nnWe expect Best Buy to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
Worst buying experience of any major box store. Not greeted upon entry, fine not a big deal. Need help finding a product or quantity check well, if you make eye contact with any employee they will quickly go down another aisle and avoid you. Ok, surely you get help at the customer service counter right? Wrong! I asked if they could check if they had an item in stock, told me to go look in the aisle again, unassisted if it was there then to bring them the box and they would put the item inside of it. Video game disc Came back with a box then was told they actually dont even have the disc.nnUnderstandable to not have the item in stock. However the customer service was so poor it was shocking.nnIve had better customer service from Facebook market place
The service was terrible. The store itself was fine, no issues there, but the person that I had looked to for help was not. I believe the name of the person helping me was Jaspreet. She was condescending and rude. Didn’t listen to what I was looking for and couldn’t be bothered to be inquisitive to make sure she had answered my question. I left frustrated and embarrassed and went somewhere else and paid more for the product that I wanted because it was such a negative experience.
I placed an online order for store pickup, but upon arrival, one of the items was damaged. When I pointed this out, the associate made zero effort to resolve the issue. After I asked if there were any replacements, he simply told me they were sold out and suggested I drive to another location to find one myself. There was no attempt at actual customer service or problem solving. An extremely disappointing experience, I won’t be returning to this location.
