Me and my brother went into the store and ordered a 65" Sony TV. It took a while for someone to help us out but someone eventually did and so the purchase was made. The guy told us that the TV will be delivered and ready for pick up on Sunday Dec. 3rd in the store. So Sunday comes, and my brother and I went into the store. Went into the customer service and we asked the girl at the counter if our order is ready for pick up. Before we even give her the receipt she just immediately interrupted us and said, "If we didn't call you, it's not here yet." It wasn't in a friendly tone I would add. My brother then said that we were told it should be here today and once again she wanted to reiterate what she said about us not getting a call which means it is not here yet. So we asked kindly, for her to check if it's here since we were already there. She then enthusiastically (not), grabbed the receipt and went to the back room. She comes out and tell us, "You are supposed to pick it up on our warehouse in Langley." Then she showed on the receipt that it did say warehouse pick on Sunday. So fair enough it did say that, but the sales rep who sold it to us told us to come back to store to pick it up. We tried to explain it to her but she just wasn't having it. So i just asked her if we can pick it up at the warehouse that same day and she said no because they don't do pick up on Sundays. She gave us the address and we left the store very unhappy. I drive to the warehouse the next day, Monday. Got there, waited about 15 minutes by the entrance as they only let a couple of customers for pick at a time. I get to the pick up door. Showed the guy the receipt and we figured out after a couple of minutes that it's not going to fit in the car as it is too big. I told the guy that's too bad, I could've had someone yesterday (Sunday) with a bigger car pick it up for us. Then he tells me that I should've came there as they do pick ups on Sunday. And that just got me really upset. Sorry for the long story hear, but I never write reviews normally, but this customer service from the store is one of the worst I have had. I've been working in retail for 10 years and I've managed a few stores myself, but this is just bad. Both the gentleman who sold us the TV and the customer service girl, just gave wrong information that just made me waste my time. Definitely not shopping at this location ever again. Very poor service.

This Best Buy location in Grandview Corners is a large Box Store with all the regular stock. We drop by to look around but never really see anything exciting. Thanks ....

Horrible customer service - no one in the store is willing to help constantly being passed around from person to person. Staff have no product knowledge. Maybe they need to go back to the commission structure so staff actually care. Phone is never answered either.

Probably the worst customer service ever. Staff are rude and don’t seem to care at all. It all started when i went to the store to get some help ordering a tv. I was passed around to probably 4 people until someone finally was able to help me place an order. Right off the bat the person didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and spent half an hour trying to place my order. But in the end it was done and i was told that the tv will come in the store in about a week. So i left with a peace of mind knowing that everything was good and shook off the fact that i had to wait hours to get all things sorted. The pickup date closes by and I tried calling the store to confirm if the TV i ordered will be ready at the date of pickup indicated on the receipt. I called them the day before the pick up date and not a single call was picked up. Then the day of pickup arrives and still no calls, tried calling the store and no one answers. I went to the store to ask if my order is ready, only to find out that the person that initially helped me place the order, scheduled it to be picked up at the warehouse instead of the store. To make it worst, it was scheduled on a Sunday when the warehouse is close. The warehouse is only open 3 hours a day on weekdays, which is when i work so i’ll have to take a time off just to pick up my order that was supposed to be delivered in the store near my house. Overall this is the worst experience i’ve had as a customer. I advise everyone to take the time to read my experience and be warned.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Found everything we came in looking for. Have always had great service Everytime!
