I personally like this Rona, the customer rep always help me when I need help finding the right screws or part for my husband renovating. Shopping early is the best time to get the whole store to yourself in this social distancing time. Recommend!

Today, I was there and a lady name Shaw, who was working on pick up zone; doesn't know what a customer service is she is not only a horrible human being but a very evil employee who makes Rona looks going down as a company hiring this kind of people. Shame on you a shame in your very poorly customers skills.

Staff were very helpful, a young man named Hunter really helped us out. Store is a little dusty but thats to be expected for a hardware store. They seem to be maintain Covid-19 rules well
