They were ready for the rush of people coming in... vaccine passport time ... So it went smoothly. Returns are easy if you have your invoice, if not oh la la . Staff is very helpful and they have a good selection. Competitive pricing.
On Saturday, Feb the 26th, we encountered a misunderstandings at Rona. I made a complaint to Rona's customer service. No more than one hour after the event. I received an email from the director on Saturday evening; he was eager to rectify the situation. I met up with him on Monday, February 28th. He went over and above what I would have ever expected to accommodate me. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his sense of customer service. Honestly, I haven't seen that kind of devotion in a really long time. Thank you, Mr.Lagrange, for your dedication on making your store top notch in customer service.
Night parking availble, nd fast unloding
We always go here for wood and outdoor furniture. The last time we visited, our car battery died and their very helpful service staff helped get us started. Merci beaucoup les gars!
Wanted to pick up a few things to keep my hobby going during this current virus outbreak. I felt guilty to go for such a thing but the staff could not have been more helpful. They made me feel at ease. I did not shop around, I went directly to things I needed and left. So organized are the staff with client control, distance markers and hand washing but above all they offered smiles and made you feel welcome. So much respect for these employees.
We ordered countertops from Rona back in May and had quite a few issues throughout the process. However, after everything was said and done, the management team came through and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Thank you Bianca in kitchens and Valerie .. We are glad with the final outcome and love our kitchen counters!

Good store. The staff are super helpful and took their time to answer my questions. I got exactly what I needed here. Lots of paint choice for wood here.
It's a nice little Rona with a reasonable selection of tools and everything you would expect in typical hardware store ....except that it's nothing special or outstanding...and there are quite a few specialty things missing...like I couldn't find a sledgehammer that I neededany sledgehammer!...did I miss an alley?...Nor was there a customer service person eager to ask "moi" if I need help with something...than again to be fair, I showed up quite late like 20mns before closing time and I remember customer service being quite good on my previous 4 visitsover a year's period, getting a few hundred dollars worth of stuff. I still did buy some quality work gloves and protective work glasses$65 worth. Month-Tremblant is after all a "leisure town" based around a ski and activities resort. ..Sooo, 3.5 s would be an honestly associated rating. Au revoir!
