Horrible service.  I have gone there at least 5 times and almost every time I end up standing around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help.  Everyone works in their own department  so despite 10 representatives doing nothing you are stuck waiting for the one person who can help you.  

Dont waste your time.  Rona is down the street.

Mauvais service, les employés aux matériaux très bête. Ils étaient supposé m'envoyer un courriel avec une soumission de portes que j'ai jamais recu. Tout le long de ma construction de maison et que je voulais faire affaire avec eux, pas de service. J'espère qu'ils ne ce demande pas pourquoi le stationnement est toujours vide et que chez Rona il est plein a craqué...........
