Single most dishonest store owner of ANY type of retailer/ product that I have ever dealt with in any industry. I went to the franchise near DIX30 and they were great, honest, helpful. But they said for my country house I needed to go to the franchise near the house so I did. The franchise in St Jerome/ St Agathe gladly sold me the hot tub I knew exactly what I wanted thanks to the guy near Montreal. But then they claimed that I had to pay for delivery using a boom truck even though ALL of the paperwork said that was needed and was included in the cost. They didn’t do anything they promised IN WRITING about installation. The quality of the steps and the cover were not what 5hey said in writing. And then they had an attitude about it and lied and got mad at me when I pointed out their lies and the written contract. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM CLUB PISCINE IN ST JEROME AND STE AGATHE. THE GUY IS A TOTAL LIAR AND JUST WANTS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. He is so bad I would say even go to Trevi instead. Seriously, find a local guy. This franchisee should lose any business license he has.
This is an example of the worst possible customer service in the world. For a 10k purchase, they do not make you feel very comfortable. Every time we spoke they continued to add "hidden charges". The sales agent Yannick was un-informed, un-educated, and un-accomodating. After quoting a price and changing it three times, he was incredibly rude to my assistant for no reason. The service just got worse! Waiting for a delivery confirmation, nobody got back to us by phone for three days because Yannick decided to take a "day off". Obviously our business was not important to him, as he couldn't even get an upper management to cover for his "day off". Excuses upon excuses, no follow up, constant lies, and just a general lack of care. If I hadn't already had delivery, I would have cancelled the purchase with them and never looked back. Go down the street to Trevi or somewhere people actually will care to do business.
