Rojo Marrón Mexican Restaurant & Cafe Ltd.

Absolutely fantastic! Delicious food and great service. After a long day of exploring Jasper National Park, our family really worked up an appetite. When we arrived at Rojo Marron, it was packed! It is a tad pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. The service was excellent (we were told there would be quite a wait, but we received our dishes within 15-20 min of ordering which wasn't bad at all). The portion sizes are huge and the food was DELICIOUS. We had a variety of dishes at our table and the highlights were the burrito and the fish tacos. There are also house-made sauces with a variety of spice levels that complimented the food perfectly. If you have a chance, nix the fast food and definitely stop in to eat here!

Great choices. A variety of homemade hot sauce with unique and exciting flavour. More on warm spicy side which most people can enjoy trying different taste. Super friendly service. Nice a neat little restaurant.

A bit off the hwy but so incredibly worth the food. Real authentic Mexican food. The home made SAVORY hot sauces are mouth watering. From mild to stupid you can't stop eating... make it a point to find this as you travel to or from jasper.

Excellent staff, great atmosphere, food is SO delicious. A hidden gem off of the highway to Jasper. Try the 4 and 5 heat rated hot sauces -- full of flavour, not just heat. Will be back soon!

Really great food and service! The different hot sauces are also quite interesting. An excellent place to stop in Hinton!
