Boston Pizza

This restaurant is amazing. We had good food and excellent service but on top of that my daughter left her glasses in the restaurant. Once we were on the road and discovered they were missing we called. They said they would send it back by mail to our house. That is over and above excellent service!!! Thank you so much

A nice large restaurant with good service and a large menu to choose from. Good food and delicious chicken wings.

Not sure why the kitchen closed two and a half hours before their posted closing time. I forgot my wallet so i hurried home to get it. By the time i had come back and sat for a few minutes the waitress informs us that the kitchen was closed. Well that wouldve been good to know when i first came in. You know if you ran your business according to your posted hours you might actually have repeat business.

When coming to this Boston Pizza we ordered two kids meals to go that came with a beverage and as soon as we got our meals we noticed that we didn't have our drinks. We went back into the front desk and asked if we could have our drinks and they refused and said they didn't believe that we said we didnt have or beverages. They told us, specifically "they were at the bottom of the bag" how stupid does that sound, who puts drinks at the bottom of the bag. We went out to check one more time and the drinks were not there and we went back in for a 3rd time and they told us we had to bring our whole order back into the "Restaurant" for them to see. This has been the worst expirience we've ever had with any restaurant. Also, the staff were awful. Horrible customer service, never coming back.

The food was terrible but the server was really nice. My perogie pasta was previously frozen (and still raw), it looked like they just poured cheap canned tomato sauce on the pasta then topped it off with low quality no name cheese. $18. My girlfriend's pasta was swimming in oil with only about 10 micro sized shrimp and the onions were still raw. $19.
