Olympia Restaurant

The Olympia was great about accommodating our large group with only about 1.5 hours notice. I called ahead to make sure it was okay if a party of 12 showed up and was assured we were good to go. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. However, it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and 1.5 hrs to get the food. The restaurant was very busy and we didn't mind waiting for food, but there was a lot of plate smashing and swearing in the kitchen. Once the food arrived, The portions were generous but everything was EXTREMELY salty. You expect salt with Greek food and I definitely like things salty, but some of the food was so overly salted it bordered on inedible, especially the calamari, tzatziki and moussaka. Lamb souvlaki, however, was delicious. I would give the Olympia another chance because I felt like they were overwhelmed and short staffed, which may have affected the quality of the food, but initial impression was certainly underwhelming.

Lettuce translates directly to 'cheap' in Greek. Why would you put it into a Greek salad? Should have been on the menu as "Greek" salad or Greek style salad. Baked spaghetti was good tho. Friendly server, average prices.

We stopped in today and shared the saganaki, hot wings, and a chicken souvlaki plate. We have been missing good Greek food and this place did NOT disappoint! The food was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Thanks for a great meal :)

The food is good and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The waitstaff are always friendly but sadly, I've seen the owner mistreat (yell and swear at them) on several occasions.

Food is good, prices reasonable. Usually quiet. Last three times I was in, though, the cook (owner??) yelled and swore at the young server. Nobody deserves that.
