This is another Terrible place to live!- monthly!- dont ever come to rent a room here!-by Nicki the worst manager alive!!! is nothing but an evil RACIST- against blacks!- and heartless!- If your not white! Like her! And the neighbors there are too nosy! And racist- liars! Too!- like Ashley Jones in ROOM#6! Who complains! Too much!-only if u are black! But she can do- whatever she wants!- loud music-! Do drugs! and get away with it!- hypocrite! But she- Nicki- the Racist!-will threaten to put u out- if your not white!-Even after paying rent for a month!- Shame on her! And all the rooms are a mess anyway! Not worth it! no internet! no air conditioner!! And she caused a good black person to almost be- homeless! And lied to the dumb police! About it!-A real loser!!! This motel is garbage!-like her! So glad i left! Stay away! Especially if your black!!!She is the most racist manager in laporte city,Iowa! REAL -scum!- Dont come to this one!

Stayed here for a week to visit my daughter and new grandson. The room was adequate in size. A few negatives; like, the tv microwave and mini fridge were all plugged into an extension cord. You can not control the heat/air. The room is really outdated and has an old trailer smell. The room does not get cleaned daily you just get fresh towels. All that being said I would still stay again. It is cleaner than some chains I have stayed at. It is very affordable for the week long visit.
