My highest rating and best medical provider experience in years. While other doctors attempted to lure me in the operating room for hemorrhoids, Dr. Korenfeld treated me in her office. No prep, no pain, and no anesthesia. It was done in under five minutes. I felt a slight tugging which was completely gone by the next morning. After months of pain and blood, I'm cured!!! Three easy treatments of 5 minutes each. She delivered on everything promised on the web-site. OUTSTANDING!

5 years ago I was referred to Dr. Korenfeld because I was in pain. She did a colonoscopy and helped determine what was wrong. I needed surgery and was referred to Dr. Kay. Had a successful resolution. I referred someone with a bad Chrone's disease attack. She was able to help them get through the attack and get medication they needed approved with great results. She is caring and makes you feel comfortable talking about problems that are uncomfortable to talk about.

Dr Korenfeld had a video appt with me almost 3mths ago. I have IBS. Instead of heading to the emergency room I wish a GI in this county would help. I have called about 5xs, she may have called me 1x, and the meds she was ordering to my pharmacy either were never called in or the pharmacy sent the office a form for prior approval from insurance ,the receptionist said yes they got it about 2wks ago and nothing yet.I also needed the Dr to call me and no called as always. IBS knocks me out for days sometimes, I been dealing with this for 10yrs and used all three groups of GI Doc in Rockland. I guess all they know to do is colonoscopy. I am very upset and this cronic problem keeps getting worst.I just got a bill FOR WHAT for saying yes yes I understand, no you dont, we seek Doctors instead of natural cure thinking they know best.
