I would like to commend the front desk CHECK OUT woman by the name of Jennifer. She was so warm and welcoming. She was like that with everyone who walked in. She was very helpful as well. It’s so hard to find kind people these days and it’s nice to see especially in a medical office. Kudos to Jennifer!!

I’ve been a patient of this practice since I was 16 years old, I had four children throughout the years and the doctors always took very good care of me through my pregnancies. Dr. Kelly, Dr.Maselli, Dr. Sabitini, Dr.Quale, and Dr. Gilholly were my doctors throughout the years and delivered my children. I had unexpected scares throughout birth with two of my children and they were right there on top of everything. Dr.Maselli actually saved my first child’s life while I was giving birth to him. Although most of the doctors that were so amazing with me through the years are no longer there I recently saw Dr.Wujid for a massive fibroid that has grown over the last two years. He has been very good and thorough thus far and my surgery is scheduled for January 26th. Anna has been wonderful over the years and all of the receptionists in both locations that I have spoken to or scheduled with or called with questions have and are always king and helpful. I saw a lot of poor reviews and just wanted to share my experiences.

Getting connected to someone in the office by phone is an absolute no go....super frustrating. You only get connected to a call center and all they literally do is put notes into the system just for nobody to contact you back.

My gyn is a little rude the receptionist in there take a real long time to call u back..went there becuse I needed to switch my medication becuse I’ve been using it for a year and wanted something cheaper she goes u can offerd the 3$copay not the point that’s rude and none of yr business..

I am a self pay patient, I went in for an appointment and need medication. My appointment was at 3pm, I was finished by 4 paid my bill and left with the expectation that prescriptions were being sent to my pharmacy. By 5pm when they closed nothing was sent. The after hours service took another 45 minuets to get one of them sent in and the 2nd one was never sent over. They had no record of what prescriptions I needed. I called the office in the morning and got no help there either was told I would get a call back. The woman did not ask me to hold while she found someone to help nothing. Still I do not have the medication I need to be treated. This place has gone completely down hill and patient care is obviously not a priority.

My name is Taara and I just had an experience I feel is important to share. I am a previous patient of Dr.Olga Tusheva. I initially liked her style because I'm easy going and she was as well. However, I always felt something was missing during my appointments. She would simply check the babies heart rate and my blood pressure. She never measured my stomach which I found out after the fact was a common practice during pregnancy. I told her about how I didn't feel my baby move as much. Her response was wait until your next appointment. I even remember her saying to me that 20% of women don't feel there baby move. She never ordered a stress test for my baby. Being a first time mom. I asked around and heard that other babies were sometimes relaxed. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to anyone. I had a placenta abruption in which I almost died and my baby almost passed. By the Grace of God, we are alive. When my doctor came to visit me in the hospital and I brought up the fact that she didn't request a sonogram... she brought up the fact that she has to get it approved by insurance. Might I add I am in perfect health... and never seen any sign of this. However, that doesn't undermine the fact that I feel that Olga Tusheva did not do the due diligence of monitoring my pregnancy well. As I write this... I am in a NICU and I wish I knew more... I hope that someone reads this and I am able to help advocate for someone because I was once that person that took the Doctor for their word.. . Best Wishes in choosing your OB!

If you want a good OB/GYN, look elsewhere!!! I was a patient here for over two years. For the annual exams they have you in and out. The nurses and staff look like they'd rather be anywhere but working there, and would rather talk about what they're going to order for lunch than help their patients. When I made an appointment to address some fertility issues I was having, the doctor checked me out very briefly and said, "You look fine." And ordered an ultrasound to be done at a different facility. One pelvic ultrasound and one transvaginal ultrasound later, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I went to a fertility specialist a few weeks later, and they did the same ultrasound...and the specialist found I have PCOS and uterine cysts! Still nothing wrong, huh?!?! Btw they don't have an OB there anymore so you'd have to move to a new doctors office if you get pregnant anyways...soooo useless

This is the worst office I have ever been to. Nobody communicates with each other so every time you go its like being a new patient. Sometimes the same girl at the front desk would be the same girl that was in the room with me. Its either understaffed or overstaffed with people who have no idea what their doing. I made a complaint because the doctor i was seeing would see me for 30 seconds to 1 minute and just tell me to drink cranberry juice even tho EVERY time he said their was an infection in my urine? They kept sending me the same three prescriptions whether they saw me or not. If you are getting your urine tested, they let you pee in a cup and leave it on the bathroom sink with everyone elses, and they just distinguish it by writing your name on a cup. I mean how sanitary is five cups of pee in the same bathroom as you. I had to remind them for weeks to contact me with the results for my urine. I mean theres not one positive thing i could say, and i have NEVER written a review for any office ive ever been to, but i had to for this place. This is the most unethical, disoriented, unorganized office with unqualified people working. A new patient walked in and asked me if i could refer them to a different office because she would be seen in an office that smelt that bad. One star is too many stars for this place.

I went there for a checkup and I had a horrible experience with Dr. Tusheva. She did not make me feel comfortable and confident that everything would be okay. Instead I felt anxious and worried. I did not like how i felt rushed out of the room and she did not take the time to evaluate me.

Fabulous office... I find the staff & doctors to be very loving, compassionate, professional, AND happy. I typically don’t experience these in a doctors office. It was a dreary cold day when I walked into the office and by the time I left I felt like I had been a few infused in office of sunshine! The positive atmosphere in that office is palpable
