We have been waiting 18 years for a class action to be settled. There has been little communication telling us what's happening and not keeping us updated.

After a motorcycle accident and while laying in a hospital bed I remembered meeting some of the Rochon and Genova team at a motorcycle show earlier in the year so that is who I called. Rahda and Vince came directly to the hospital to get all my information. The told me they would take care of everything and the certainly didn't disappoint. They took care of everything from dealing with insurance to setting up every appointment I needed. They told me that these things sometimes take a long time to settle and they were right. Rahda would call me periodically to see how I was doing and to give me any updates they had. Finally a year and a half after my accident Vince called me to tell me he had some good news. That news was out of this world! I highly recommend using this firm over anybody else. They're accessible and available all the time and they will definitely work hard for you. The best thing that happened though is that rahda and I became great friends. One could never have enough of those. 
Trust me when I say you'll be happy you called this team to work for you.

Extremely disappointed in level of service. Rochon Genova did not keep in communication with me, to keep me updated on the status of the case. I would call and speak to an associate of the firm and she was always full of excuses as to why she did not have a current update for me. There were a good number of times I called and had to leave a message on her answering machine but my calls were never returned. I signed my contract in 2012.  I just happened to make a phone call to Rochon Genova in 2016 as I was fed up with the lack of contact and that is when I found out they had decided not to continue with my case in 2014,  2 years earlier but they neglected to contact me and advise me of their decision.  Because of their neglect, I have nothing positive to convey about this firm except utter disappointment for their insensitivity, disinterest, and sheer laziness.  
The only reason I gave one star is because that is the only way my comment would be accepted.
