Tatha Swann has  provided me with experienced and sound counsel / representation in the past. The firm's invoicing was both honest and prompt. I have already recommended her/Levitt LLP to close friends. Should I need legal services pertaining to employment and labour law in the future, I know who to call.

FYI, I ended up with much more in my pocket  by not retaining firms that take a percentage of the final settlement as payment. The cost of the initial consultation is money well spent.

We met Allyson Lee during our first consultation. She presented with bitter, but true facts. She explained us the crux of the matter and expectations out of any proceedings in future.
We also visited other Employment Lawyers before we saw Allyson at Levitt. Every single one of them seemed greedy and wanted to rope us into a retainer.

I strongly recommend Allyson. Thanks.

In general I found the service I received at Levitt was very good. My lawyer gave very direct and clear advice in the early stages of my case, creating realistic expectations regarding my situation. When it came to the point where she engaged on my behalf, she was very effective.

At times I found she was a bit slow to respond to emails. I put this down to her workload, but ultimately this did not create big problems. There were also some questions with regard to my final bill, but these were resolved to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would recommend Levitt, but with the caveat that you need to keep on top of things.

I worked with both Howard Levitt and Jason Behoo at Levitt LLP, never having needed to engage employment lawyers on my behalf before. They were both very professional and represented my interests extremely well. They worked with me throughout what is always a unsettling situation and gave me the the comfort that I was being represented by some of the best employment legal minds in Canada. They were easy to reach during the process and I found having ready access to my legal team brought  peace of mind. I found them aggressive on my behalf when needed and open to compromise when warranted. They know the law. I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them, although I personally hope to never require their services in the future! :)

Howard Levitt is considered the top employment law negotiator and litigator for good reason. He has an incredibly comprehensive understanding of Canadian and American law that saves time and money. He is shrewd, highly experienced and well-respected. We leveraged all of that and got an excellent result swiftly, thanks to Mr. Levitt's laser focus on solving the problems. He doesn't have time to draw out his cases. He pounced on the problems and negotiated them away.
