Marly Peikes of O'Sullivan Law worked through all the steps necessary for an optimal wind-up, and executed it quickly and cost-effectively. Marly also dealt with incidental aspects of the wind-up to ensure that all T's were crossed and I's dotted. Marly's approach was practical and effective, with no lawyerly over reach or unnecessary complication. Truly, a job well done!
