This is a great little beach. I like it because the walk from the car park is only about 1 km so my 6 year old daughter doesn't get too tired. The walk through the forest is thick with west coast growth and the trail is easy. Once at the beach the view is breathtaking and we often bring something to snack on while looking across the sea.

Nice short walk to the shore which is stone. I found the erosion patterns to be very interesting. When I arrived a family was having a cookout and trapping crabs.

Beautiful walk through the woods to the ocean. Any season, always beautiful! Mostly flat, lots of tree roots.

Views are stunning. Has bathrooms at trailhead and near the shore. Lovely place for a dip.
