My daughter just attended a birthday party here. They had the entire pool to themselves! Awesome.

The little pool for kids is super warm its great but the older lady at the front desk is very nasty. Makes us not want to go back. Shes extremely rude.

Good fitness facility, not overrun with people. Has a sauna and hot tub for post-workout. Facility is showing signs of aging.

This is a good gym and pool complex. Gym has a decent range of machines, dumbbells and cardio equipment. No lifting platform but a powercage does the trick. Pool complex is a lane pool, shallow pool, hot tub and sauna. Schedule can be a little confusing, as you can access hot tub / sauna during some aquatic classes but not others. Also sometimes the whole lot is rented (ie by the school) and you can't get to anything. This gym has a big senior population who use the complex for both health and social purposes. We visited mainly between 9-12pm and there would be at least 5-10 every day, sometimes more on days with the aquasize class. They will use the bench press for yoga, will cut in on equipment and occasionally hit you with unwanted lifting advice. Its great so many attend the gym so regularly, however we felt the gym staff could do a bit more out on the floor - with assisting correct technique, and general gym etiquette. We found many seniors would stare constantly at younger people working out, but only one made this uncomfortable. Overall a good gym and we were glad to find it during our travels.
