Gourlay-Janes is a small, oceanfront park that is dog-friendly off leash. Swimming is good at high tide, but the beach is gravel/soft muck, so not a great experience at low tide. The views of Ladysmith Harbour and the peninsula are quite nice. There are benches for sitting, if you want to relax.
Nice place...easy parking...mice 20 min little walk to the ocean and back
Parking is very tight and is a bit of a walk into the park, but once you get there, it's a very pleasant and serene place.
Way to small. Not much parking. Your practically in someone's back yard
Well maintained trails, all round enjoyable walk .
Peaceful, rocky, nice spot for a picnic and dog friendly

No waterfall. Lovely waterfront park though.
