Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living / dining room, Swedish reading nook and screened back porch. Positioned on the Eastern slopes of Robert Frost Mountain and nestled on 112 acres bordering the Green Mountain National Forest, our charming cabins include all of the contemporary comforts and are conveniently located near Middlebury and a short distance from Middlebury College’s Main and Bread Loaf Campuses. We offer year round short term or extended stay lodging. Our unique, stand-alone, private cabins are perfect for individuals, families or couples desiring a romantic Vermont getaway.

We have stayed in three of the six cabins over the six or so visits we have had with Marty and Carol while visiting the college. We can attest to the consistency of their modern amenities and spotless condition. As is often the case, the owners make all the difference. Marty and Carol go out of their way to make you feel at home, while allowing guests their privacy. Others have mentioned that they deliver a basket of warm sticky buns to your cabin each morning. They rock! Each cabin has two bedrooms and a large common room with a gas fireplace, sitting area, dining table and modern kitchen with a full-sized fridge. Everything is very up-to-date and tasteful. It’s perfect for a family of 4, and a couple of the cabins are even dog-friendly. The cabins also have large screened porches with dining tables and an outdoor grill. Lastly, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention their Middlebury blend coffee stocked in each cabin. Great set-up any time of year!

The cabin exceeded our expectations and was extremely clean. Carol and Marty were very welcoming and we especially loved our birthday and anniversary greeting posted on a sign as we pulled in the driveway of the property. The picnic basket with delicious cinnamon twists was an extra special treat to our stay. The property was quiet and serene and allowed you to experience the beauty of Vermont during the day and snuggle up by the cozy fireplace by night. We loved our stay and plan to be back in the future, i have already recommended it to family and friends.

When we walked in, everything was perfect - the cabin was warm and very clean, there was a basket on the table for us with a note welcoming us, and the instructions for getting there were very clear and helpful. The owners stopped by once we had settled in to welcome us - and were absolutely wonderful. The scenery was outstanding, and the area was quiet; it truly was the most perfect getaway we could've asked for.

Beautiful cabins with such fine attention to detail. Rustic with a touch of modern flair. Panoramic views. Serenity at it's best. Carol and Marty are wonderful hosts. So much to do, loved hiking the Trillium Trail! Highly recommend this get away. We will certainly return again.

Fabulous stay at the Robert Frost cabins. Cabins are beautiful and include all one needs or wants for a comfortable stay in the VT mountains.. The queen mattress was a big and pleasant surprise for us "king" bed folks. The plush foam topper made for a super comfy sleep. The views, the peaceful quiet, the rolling grassy field, the other cabins filled with relatives, the accommodating hosts allowing for gatherings in the meadow.....we will be back..and recommend Robert Frost Cabins to all we see. Many thanks Marty and Carol
