It's not very often that I walk away from a mechanic feeling good about the experience. They communicated wonderfully and got the job done with a fair price. I will definitely make this my "go-to" place for my car troubles.

DO NOT GO TO ROBBERSON PRINEVILLE FORD! I drove all the way up from Sacramento ca to see a truck they had on their lot. I drove 500 miles one way and they took 50$ off the asking price of a truck that needed a lot more work then pictures could show. The truck was leaking oil and transfercase fluid and had multiple issues from the hood being warped from an accident to the front bumper being halfway off. The truck had mud tires up front that were at the wear limit and cracked and had rear all terrains that were showing signs on alignment issues. They refused to drop the price I had to ask twice and they dropped 50$ off. They wouldn't even attempt to throw in a set of tires. This place is a joke! Mike was the salesman and he did not care at all if he sold the vechicle! The truck I looked at blue booked from a dealer at very good shape for 19k and they were asking 25k for this truck. This truck was in fair shape at best not even close to being good. I mean come on the tires alone were a safety issue not to mention the transmission pan and cross member had big dents from someone running over rocks and other debris. The door panels were all coming apart and loose. And they knock off 50$. What a joke this place is! DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO FORD DEALERS EVERYWHERE.
