Brian Hanson was very helpful with our walk through. He even taught us things we didn't know! We feel safe and comfortable finest driving off in our new RV. Scott was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with by far, with any purchase. We felt comfortable and like he had our best interests at heart. Dana completed the paperwork process with us and made the whole thing easy to understand, answering all of our questions along the way. We had an exceptional experience here. Thank you.

We bought at the expo in Redmond and Tony was great. Dana was wonderful and assisted with paper after my husband’s neck injury and made the extra mile to finalize our paper work. Brian was great for the walk through. Everyone was wonderful.

Ron is excellent-- not pushy at all. He was extremely helpful and informative. Keely was also wonderful to work with on the financial aspects. Roy was extremely thorough and patient during put walk through. Lee was very informative on the pros and cons of solar vs. Generator. Great experience start to end. Very satisfying experience. I found the staff at Big Country RV of cliff, Brian, Steve informative, patient, willing to work with you without high pressure forms of sales. Flexibility, kindness and being able to listen and hear. All were courteous. Your service department staff were warm, friendly, and helpful as well.
