The people were kind and compassionate, willing to work with us on payments. The work was done in a professional manner and they were willing to answer all our questions.

Please be aware when using this office. The doctors are very nice but the office management is ineffective and not worried at all about customer service. I was told my child’s eyes were fine and less than 5 weeks later told by the school he needed glasses, so I got a second opinion. Sure enough he did need glasses. Because I had already used all of our vision insurance to pay for the first visit I had to pay out of pocket for the second visit over 200.00. I called Central Oregon Eye Care and asked them to waive the 15.00 co-pays for 3 of my family members; small amounts compared to what they charged and were paid considering I had to start over with my son’s eye care. To date, after ten months of phone calls I have heard nothing back and have been sent to collections for the 15.00 co-pays which they have now assessed a 50.00+ fee to each. The only reason I write this review is their unwillingness to even return my phone calls.
