I like that Roasti has spread its wings and made its way to the heart of Whyte Ave. This new cafe has brought some joy to this side of town that has been missing for quite some time. I was greeted by a staff member the moment I walked in, I asked many questions about their products and the staff was very knowledgeable. My goal was to go in for a quick Americano but I left with a bag of coffee and a pizza pretzel! I am not overly passionate about the espresso they use, but the bagged coffees provide a lot of variety for the coffee enthusiasts like myself. Feel good about getting a coffee here, it’s local, it’s delicious, and the service feels like a warm hug.
I’ve been such a fan of Roasti ever since they opened up in Sherwood Park. So exciting now to have them in Edmonton on Whyte as well!!! You absolutely must try their coffee. I have never had coffee that is so consistently crafted - always rich and smooth, with no hints of sourness. Their retail beans are also incredibly high quality, I particularly love their espresso blend yummmm. They also do free home delivery straight to your front porch!!! which basically saved me through the pandemic. The baristas are always so kind and eager to give you coffee advice especially if you are clueless like me. Go visit them at their beautiful new location!
Roasti is outstanding. Please allow me to explain why in detail... -The coffee is delicious and well made. Other nearby coffee shops just don't have the same bean quality or barista skill level. Plus the focus here is entirely on coffee. They do one thing and they do it with excellence. -The atmosphere is delightful. Don't get me wrong; LaBosco is still the place to go and sit. Roasti only has seats for several people. But the design style is elegant, and every second inside is like a mini vacation from the bustling streets outside. -It's located just a brief walk from the River Valley; if you grab your coffee to go this is the natural destination to drink it. I'll add more as I give Roasti my ongoing patronage. I'm very excited about this wonderful addition to the Queen Alex coffee scene. This location promises to be as iconic as Block 1912 or LaBosco.
I enjoyed a DELICIOUS mocha with my Coffeepass; smooth coffee, good chocolate flavours, zero bitterness; it was perfectly balanced. The staff are very nice. The cafe is bright, spotless, and quiet no small feat considering the bustle of Whyte Ave just outside the doors. They made my drink adorable with squirrel art. Solid skills! Will return! They serve tea from Acquired Taste of 124 St fame so you know they aren't messing about.
Great place to have pour over. Glad to find this place during our trip to Edmonton. Friendly service and they have a lot of beans to choose from.
3 times in a row while we are here in Edmonton. We love their bean selections. Good pour over brew, quiet place in the morning and friendly staff
What a great little hole in the wall spot on Whyte Ave. You better pay attention or you may just walking right past it. It's a five star java stop. Incredible coffee and just such friendly and engaging service. They're in a good stretch on Whyte too where there are fewer coffee vendors. Love this stop.
Friendly baristas and nice pour over coffee with a variety choice of beans. Relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of brewing gears available as well.
I tried their Drip coffee and cinnamon scone, and should say, that was amazing! Staff were professional and friendly. Definitely a nice place to try.
The staff are all so nice and its in a great location so far this is the best value roastery I have seen in Edmonton. The espresso is absolutely awesome and a good price too. I have to love the holiday roast too this season.
