Writing this review from the table, this food is phenomenal, the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is great. This is an absolute must try. Amazing wonton soup, great ginger beef and a great restaurant

Fantastic food, great service. Chicken chow mein was flavourful and very well-prepared. The ginger beef had real depth of flavour, too. Definitely give Riverbend Peking House a try if you’re craving Chinese food.

Excellent food.  Great selection.  They also offer half orders.  Really enjoy the lunch time buffet.  Bam is top notch to deal with.

Ordered Lunch for the Staff at Jim Pattison Lease.  The food tasted excellent and the portions were huge.  I would definitely recommend this place if you are craving Chinese food

This my favourite Chinese food restaurant in the city, and I’ve been to a lot! I have been eating here for close to 26 years. The food has always been delicious, clean and fresh. Particularly the ginger beef, Cantonese noodles, pork dumplings, fried chicken wings, sesame chicken, and so much more. There’s something here for everyone.  Even though I don’t live in the area anymore, it is always worth the drive. Staff are friendly and attentive. Absolutely exceptional service and a great way to support local. This place is the jade jewel of Calgary.

Highly recommended!!! This is the best Chinese restaurant in the city in my opinion. Their buffet is excellent, lots of choices and for me all my favorites. I have eaten in a couple of times but I mostly do take out. They have lunch and dinner boxes. With the dinner box I eat for 2-3 meals. Try it out you will not be disappointed!

Great price and great food. Not your typical huge buffet but what they offer was fresh and tasty. I saw the buffet get re-filled and monitored several times in the time we spent there.

Best wor wonton I tried since Vancouver. Great prices. Friendly staff. Will be back for sure. Definitely recommendFood: 5/5
