Rite Aid

I enjoy going to this location much more than any of their others in Williamsport. The store is clean, the staff is courteous and understand when it comes to my little boy, who is autistic, and the pharmacists are friendly, helpful and accurate (I had a massive error occur at another location). I can't understand why anyone would have a problem here... Probably some chronically unhappy person who didn't get catered to, hand-and-foot... I will continue to drive out of my way to come to this store.

Their staff are very ignorant. They get smart with you about questions you ask about prescriptions! They took 6.5 hours to fill muy prescription! Honestly they need to be put under new management! I could not believe how hostile the pharmacist became with me after telling her that my pre authorization went through its like she was mad about it and did not want me to get my medication. I will not be going back there and i reccomend you dont either!

Horrible experience here! Went to have a prescription filled and they told me to have a seat and they would call my name. Waited a half hour and went to the counter to inquire, they had forgotten about me. My prescription was done for a while and sitting on the counter. Gave it another shot and called for a refill and was left on hold for 10 minutes.

Awful Husband went in 20 minutes to close and got attitude from the lady working... They were trying to close the front gate when he got there.

The pharmacy service is the worst I've ever seen. Every time I try to get a prescription filled it takes FOREVER!!!!
