I have used Riobel shower for years and was able to get replacements quickly and assisted if I had any questions. The client Service after sale is excellent and extraordinarily accommodating.

Had an issue with the aerator in our kitchen faucet. Purchased 8 years ago. Spoke with a live person, in Canada, in English, who was able to provide a parts fiche and a free replacement part following a short conversation. Received and installed within a few days. Great service! Thank you Lynn!

I got really excellent customer service from them when I called to confirm the exact cartridge I needed for my shower and they not only figured out that I needed a different one than the plumber thought, but they sent it to us under warranty. My experience with them was great.

Very disappointed in House of Rohl. After spending multiple thousands on new shower fixtures for my full bathroom remodel, can’t get a response on how long my back ordered part will take to arrive. Bathroom remodel now delayed by weeks. Rohl’s response was not to offer any apology or to provide a temporary part. They say for me to go buy another shower hose at local hardware store and use on a temporary basis. After spending thousands, I would expect Rohl to offer to send a temporary hose or possibly even offer to cover the $125 cost of the part since they’ve had multiple delays since the time of my original order months ago. At the very least, offer an apology and try to provide a decent estimate on part ETA. Beware of using them unless ALL parts are already well stocked on the shelves. Also beware of their poor after purchase customer handling!

Amazing customer service! I called the Vancouver office looking for a replacement shower cartridge, which I was having trouble locating. The rep had me email some photos and my contact info. Within 10 minutes they had a replacement shipped out, free of charge. Very rare these days!
