Was my first time here. And my experience was not good. First impression would always be the highlight of whether i would be a returning customer or not. We bought products online purchased by my business partner i went to go pick it up and they did not release the order because the purchaser was not physically there with me. I had her on the phone with me , and yet the store absolutely needed purchaser who paid for the product online there! We live 2 hours away. I ended buying them there directly and cancelled the order . Which is fine! downfall is the purchaser needs to go there in person if they wanna get reimbursed for the online order !! she needs to drive back down 2 hours !!!! to get he online money order back! its the first time i heard of this….. Never again!

Excellent service, friendly staff, feels refreshing compared to the other big store chains. The prices are also competitive.

Less and less knowledgeable staff in the store. Prices are barely competitive... So many renovation centers have opened in a radius of 3 km around in the last 10 years that it is hard to justify going and buying there...

Smaller hardware store then others, but still has a lot of stuff. Has a wood backyard and they fill propane tanks 12$ for regular 20lb.nThey sell Milwaukee tools which are my favorite as they are professional and robust, the kind you keep for life.nThey have a points card. Very nice cashiers and staff.

Employees don't care. You ask a question....you feel like you are disturbing them. When some are on vacation wood cutting guy...not there he's back on this date. GEEZ...NOBODY to replace him? What kind of service is that? Going to Patrick Morin instead. Also filled my propane there...to come home with 3/4 of my tank. I know they don't completely fill....but that was exagerated. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
