Excellent reno place, great prices and service

Was my first time here. And my experience was not good. First impression would always be the highlight of whether i would be a returning customer or not. We bought products online purchased by my business partner i went to go pick it up and they did not release the order because the purchaser was not physically there with me. I had her on the phone with me , and yet the store absolutely needed purchaser who paid for the product online there! We live 2 hours away. I ended buying them there directly and cancelled the order . Which is fine! downfall is the purchaser needs to go there in person if they wanna get reimbursed for the online order !! she needs to drive back down 2 hours !!!! to get he online money order back! its the first time i heard of this….. Never again!

Most of the time they will usually have something to fix what you need.

Lots of choice at a very good price

Less and less knowledgeable staff in the store. Prices are barely competitive... So many renovation centers have opened in a radius of 3 km around in the last 10 years that it is hard to justify going and buying there...
