Thanks David! Milwaukee tools are a tangle of different battery voltages and many different bundle deals. The guy working in the tool department last night "David" really helped me out and saved me some serious money. He wouldn't give up on me. He climbed ladders, opened boxes and searched through the computer to find what I needed. I got the tool I wanted, the charger I wanted, an extra battery I wasn't expecting and all for $100.00 less than I would have paid without his help. All through the magic of bundle deals. Pro tip: If you are buying tools as a gift, take some pictures of the batteries they already have and maybe the tools they already have before going to the store. If you go to this Home Depot, ask for David.
My husband went in today because we had to return a gas range that didn’t meet safety requirements for our kitchen. We recently moved so he went to get his refund as instructed by customer service. As an anglophone, he is able to speak French very well, yet employees were pretending not to know what he was saying. They never made any effort to speak to him in English, or help in anyway and kept talking French to him not appreciating his effort I myself am a French Canadian and my husband speaks good French, just with an English accent. this man is from western Canada and was in the military for 34 years and is bilingual. I don’t understand living on the Ontario Quebec border why this is often the case. The girl even had the nerve to give him attitude. Wished I would have been there and call them out. They are there to serve all customers! Not just French ones.
This store usually has at least one version and often far more or any type of item, tools, lighting, heating, bathrooms, outdoors, etc. Most of the sales folks know the store and if they aren't sure they will steer you to someone who does. I've only given 4 stars as there have been times where I felt that I could have wandered in the store for hours without seeing a clerk or sales person - perhaps there are shift changes that I happen to constantly hit, but their staffing coverage could be improved.
Great customer service. I had bought a chainsaw 3 weeks ago from another Home Depot and used it once and it worked for 10 minutes. They took it back no problem/ no hassle. We then went to look for another chainsaw and a lawnmower. Gaston helped us make the choices explaining the differences between the different models. He also stayed with us through the cash and helped us get them into our car. I definitely would go back to this Home Depot location again.
A big Home Depot. I can get lumber here, oak posts for building our staircase. People there generally wear masks. The staff are helpful. There are home sense, IGA, Best Buys and Michaels close by. It’s a very convenient stop where you can buy everything.

Very disappointed. i wait 15 min to get assistance for windows department. The person who pick up jist transfet.me again without trying to reach the person i that section. When i asked to speak with a supervisor she said yes and put me back in the waiting list. Finally when i spoke with a supervisor. He confirmed they just transfer and let go. Again, today i was waiting to be serve. A guy cut the line anr was served!!!!
At least 6 employees walked past me today and did not ask if I needed help The one employee I asked for help from did not speak English, they continued to speak to me in French and then walked away.
A lot of employees in the store. Much more helpful than my last experience. A cashier opened her cash so I could pass through a lot faster. Much improved. I hope they keep it up and keep me as a customer.
