There are staff who can speak English. They are courteous and helpful. We bought some appliances here. The experience is really good. There are more stuff here than the one in Mont Tremblant. I don’t mind to drive here to shop again.nI’ll give this store 5 stars for sure. Good job guys.

Beware if you're contemplating a visit to this establishment. My recent experience was profoundly disheartening. After losing an invoice, I contacted the store for a reprint, which they reluctantly provided. Upon visiting the store to retrieve it, staff insisted I return with the malfunctioning product and the invoice. However, upon my return, they treated me with suspicion, as if I were attempting to deceive them with a falsified invoice, despite it being issued from their system. They further claimed that reprints do not occur—a blatant falsehood.nnThe ordeal seemed designed to delay until my warranty expired, sabotaging any potential resolution. I regret attempting to engage with this physical store and will favor online alternatives in the future, where rudeness and deceit are less prevalent. Never again will I subject myself to such a dismal experience.

Staff team will always try to please you. Excellent experience. They will always call someone to make sure your needs are satisfied. Prices often differ from one place to another, but they will try to make it right.
