The Fort McMurray location was amazing today. We were shopping for families that are not our own and when I say the ladies at this store were beyond amazing is such an understatement!! The manager and her staff went above and beyond to help my husband and myself to shop for these families. We truly have an amazing community here in Northern Alberta!! Makes me so PROUD and my heart full
Terrible service today. We bought many items for a family members birthday and requested a gift receipt for the items. When they tried to return the items for a gift card, they were told that the gift receipt had only one item on it and the others could only be exchanged for another size. I called the store to explain that I had requested a gift receipt for all items why would I want just one?! and they were of no help. Buyer beware if you are unsure of the gift!
Fort McMurray children place stor the worst customer service. what is returning policy with out recipes ? is the policy different from another stor? I didn't get the side so they just suggest to give for someone. I just hate this stor
