I have a couple of issues with Richmond Taxi, the first one was when the dispatch guy just hung up on me when I was calling for a Taxi. Second is tonight, the driver is really rude arguing about the route we told him to take because the route he wanted to take was backed up. He seemed high, I won't be calling Richmond Taxi again. Twice crappy service is bad enough. No I like Garden City taxi the drivers so far have been very polite and helpful. The garden city dispatch is helpful and polite as well.

This happened a few months ago, but I didn't think about writing a review at the time. Was picked up by airport. driver was taking the long way into Vancouver, and when I asked him to take a faster route he told me not to worry about it because it was a flat rate. It was around midnight, and I told him the point was that I wanted to get home. Anyway, there was some back and forth, and I asked for his license number, not posted, and then he told me he was not licensed to drive a cab, he was driving his friend's car. Then threatened to drop me off around Fraser and 30th - totally deserted area. Told him I'd call the police and he took me the rest of the way home. Phoned dispatch, they told me he did have a license but wasn't obliged to let me know. Zero accountability. Told Richmond city & airport. Didn't go anywhere as far as I can tell. Will never use them again.

Took one of these cabs from the airport to my boyfriend's house not even ten minutes away and the cabbie charged me $28. The same ride cost me only $18 in Bonny's Taxi a week prior. Not only that, but I was forced to give a tip. Will not be using this company again so long as I can help it.

the worst taxi services ever. i ordered a taxi because i couldn't walk and i had to wait for 35 min for the taxi to arrive. i was inside the mall and the taxi arrived but it took me a like 5 min to come out, in those 5 min the taxi was gone. i started calling taxi again but they didn't pick up. i kept calling for 3 hours and they didn't pick up, which forced me to walk 3 km on crutches. I hate this Taxi service so much, the drivers don't know what they r talking about. they r badddd

The most rubbish taxi ever. Had to wait 30 mins and no one came. When I called them and asked if they are coming. They said no, and I should be cool cuz some people wait for an hour
