Cab driver picked my friend and I up on Granville and Nelson. Cabs were hard to come by at that point and he demanded a flat fee. As we were tired and just wanted to get home, we didn’t care. He dropped us off 2 minutes later over the Granville street bridge and charged us $20.00. I will never use their service again.

Car broke down three times... He told us to wait for 15 minutes but in fact we waited for 40 minutes... He didn't communicate with us and only talked on his phone... We didn't end up getting to our destination on time and took another taxi. Although we were late to our destination, he still expected us to pay the full amount. Very unimpressive...
